I would like to make a booking for a photobooth, how do I proceed?

Simply write us a message to info(at)photobooth-mallorca.es with the date and location of your event.
We will send you a reply within a few hours and, if requested, an order confirmation.
With the order confirmation you will also receive detailed questions regarding the personal design of the prints, the date of the event, travel to and from the location, set-up and dismantling times of the photobooth as well as contact details of the contact person on site at your event location.

Does anyone need to be there for the set-up?

In principle, no. We also set up the photobooth without your presence, the operation of the photobooth is very simple and self-explaining. All you have to do is press the "Start button" on the screen and then "Print" at the end - and you're done. Simple or? We only need to have access to the location and know where the photobooth should be. Either we get this information from the location owner during set-up or you enter this information into our event system (you will receive a link a few weeks before the event). We only need a power socket at the photobooth location.

How long in advance do I have to order the photobooth?

There is no general answer to this question. If it is a date during the wedding season (April - October) and on a Saturday, we recommend booking six months in advance - otherwise two months in advance will do. If your event is taking place in the coming days, please write to us today and, if possible, we will also accommodate your wishes.

Is a deposit required?

No, we trust our customers and ask you to pay the invoice amount only upon delivery of the photo box at your event.

Procedure for renting our photobooths

You like it uncomplicated? So do we!
That's why everything is very simple with us, and that's a good thing.
After all, when you're organising a party, you already have enough other things on your mind.


Contact us directly via our contact form to request a photo box for your party. Don't forget to provide the necessary event details (times, location, etc.).
Of course, you can also create your own design!


The photobooth is delivered to the location on the day of the event in consultation with you or your event manager. You do not need to be present during the set-up, we only need a contact person on site. The photobooth can be set up quickly in about
30 minutes.


The use of the photobooth on the day of the event is unlimited. You can take as many photos as you like during the entire time. These will either be printed out immediately and of course you will also receive all the pictures digitally after the event.


On the next day, the photobooth will be collected again by us without your intervention after prior arrangement, the presence of another person is not necessary. You can use the time to recharge your batteries and take care of your hangover.
